As an Flexi-Care Worker you will be responsible for supporting individuals to lead person-centred independent lives by assisting with personal care, medication, housekeeping and meal prep in their own homes or care setting to name a few of the tasks whilst delivering quality services at all times. We are looking for driven, dedicated and caring individuals who are loyal, proactive, and eager to make a positive difference to others lives.

We offer some of the best rates in the industry and offer part time and full-time hours. We have half day, full day, days, evenings, and weekends, waking and sleeping night shifts available.

​

We offer a full remuneration package for part time and full-time hours. You will be comfortable developing excellent relationships with our clients and the relevant multi-agency teams and professionals involved in our care delivery.

​

Block shift payments starting from:

  • £10.50/hr for weekday shifts for Non-Drivers.

  • £11.50/hr for weekday shifts for Drivers.

​

We can offer mornings, evenings and alternate full weekends to suit your flexibility.

​

You will need to have previous experience in the care sector and will need to have a 'can do' attitude, a willingness to learn, be conscientious and reliable.

​

A Full UK driving licence and access to a suitable vehicle for work purposes would be beneficial.

​

You will have access to extensive training through our in-house accredited training academy delivered by our team of Registered Nurses.

You will have the opportunity to complete your Care Certificate and gain access to complete higher education courses in Health & Social Care including Access to Nursing whilst being given support throughout your role.
