As a Community Care Associate you will be responsible for supporting individuals to lead person-centred independent lives by assisting with personal care, medication, housekeeping and meal prep in their own homes or care setting to name a few of the tasks whilst delivering quality services at all times. We are looking for driven, dedicated and caring individuals who are loyal, proactive, and eager to make a positive difference to others lives.

We offer some of the best rates in the industry and offer part time and full-time hours. We have half day, full day, days, evenings, and weekends, waking and sleeping night shifts available.
​
We offer a full remuneration package (including travel time and mileage) for part time and full-time hours. You will be comfortable developing excellent relationships with our clients and the relevant multi-agency teams and professionals involved in our care delivery.
You will be required to work mornings, evenings and alternate full weekends on a fixed rolling rota basis.
​
You will need to have previous experience in the care sector and will need to have a 'can do' attitude, a willingness to learn, be conscientious and reliable.
​
A Full UK driving licence and access to a suitable vehicle for work purposes is essential.
​
You will be provided with full training through our in-house accredited training academy delivered by our team of Registered Nurses.
You will complete your Care Certificate and gain access to complete higher education courses in Health & Social Care including Access to Nursing whilst being given support throughout your role.
