Mandatory Training

Objective

The aim of our Mandatory Training is to equip our Care and Response Officers with the technical expertise to do their job as well as inspire them to work in ways that mean they enjoy their work.

Our Methodology

Here at Mi Casa Care our Care and Response Officers will receive our own special blend of Mandatory Training. It will take place over a two-week period and include the usual topics - Common Induction Standards; Manual handling theory and practices; Safe medication management; Dementia; Safeguarding and First Aid. In addition to these we include an introduction to our Excellence in Practice training and standards.
