Here in Somerset, Mi Casa care are working with Somerset County Council to champion Micro Providers!

We are in agreement that Care is the most important thing, collectively all care providers should be working together with a common goal. Money and profit has never been the end goal here at Mi Casa- we care for people and other carers alike. We know how hard a career in care is and can be, so we are looking to help.

Training and changing the game is another aspect to Mi Casa Care. We have a dedicated in house training manager that delivers training to our current, growing staff base, and externally. Somerset County Council have seen this, and would like to work closely with Mi Casa and the hundreds of Micro Providers across the region to keep training upto date, dispel any myths and provide a cost effective provision for you to up skill and continuously train.

What’s in it for you?

All our courses are accredited and we are CQC registered. We can offer anything from the Care Certificate, upto and including the NVQ5 in Health and Social Care. What we pride ourselves on is our hands on approach to training and its delivery: no online work books here!

We are also in close discussions with the Council in delivering two bespoke courses: Boundaries, and Business Practice- more to follow!
